Quality Management Administrative Assistant

Job Description

This key role will provide administration support for Quality Management, configuration management, quality assurance, and manufacturing in a fast paced high tech environment. Attention to detail and accuracy a must. Reports to Quality Manager and works closely with all ATA personnel.

Essential Functions: 

1. Assist with Configuration Management and Document Control 

  • - Assign Document Change Request (DCR) Numbers and Maintain DCR Log in Database

  • -- Verify Completion

  • -- Scan and File

  • - Assign Part Numbers and Maintain Part Number Log

  • - Assign Serial Numbers and Maintain Serial Number Log

  • - Assign Engineering Change Order (ECO) Numbers and Maintain ECO Log in Database

  • -- Verify Completion

  • -- Scan and File

  • - Assign Work Order Numbers, Work Orders, and Maintain Work Order Log

  • -- Verify Completion

  • -- Enter Deltek Inventory Transactions and Troubleshoot Discrepancies

  • -- Enter Tool Information in Equipment Maintenance Database

  • -- Scan and File

  • - Assign Numbers for Corrective/Preventative Actions, Continual Improvements, Supplier
      Corrective Actions, Customer Complaints

2. Assist with Internal Audit Program and Performing Internal Audits 

3. Sensor and Contract Sales Administration 

  • - Maintain Customer Files

  • - Provide First Line Customer Service

  • - Produce Quotations

  • - Produce Sales Orders

  • - Produce Invoices

  • - Address Customer Complaints—in coordination with manufacturing/engineering

  • -- Handle Customer Correspondence – in conjunction with manufacturing/engineering

  • -- Maintain Deltek and Peachtree

  • - Track Contract Deliverables and Maintain Database

  • -- To Include On-Time Delivery Reports

  • - Enter Deltek Inventory Transactions and Troubleshoot Discrepancies

  • - Monitor and Maintain Whiteboard Database

  • -- To Include On-Time Delivery Reports

4. Monitor and Maintain Tool and Equipment Databases 

5. Monitor and Maintain Employee Training Database

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: 

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Required Education and Experience: 

  • - High School Diploma or GED

  • - Five (5) years proven office experience

  • - Must be a U.S. person, able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • - Seven (7) years proven office experience
