General Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The General Administrative Assistant will be a part of our Administrative team that operates in a very dynamic environment. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, willing to learn and will support Human Resources, Quality, and Purchasing groups with clerical duties and projects as needed and assigned.

Essential Functions: 

  • - Alphabetizing/Filing

  • - Faxing

  • - Copying

  • - Errands

  • - Report generation

  • - Scanning/Archiving

  • - Data Entry, with supervision

  • - Shipping and receiving

  • - Inventory

  • - All duties assigned will require a strong, demonstrated attention to detail

  • - Other duties, as assigned

  • - Familiar with routine office equipment

  • - Must be computer literate and familiar with typical Microsoft Office software such as
      Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Access, and Outlook

  • - Must be a U.S. Citizen


  • - Previous experience with inventory tracking

  • - Previous experience with purchasing

  • - Previous experience with quality management

  • - Previous shipping and receiving experience
